βStopping in Paso Robles overnight on a road trip, discovered a flat tire right when starting second leg of journey. They were able to see us right away and were very efficient and kind. Tire fixed in about 20 minutes and we were on our way. Iβm so so pleased with the service I received. They turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience (we are traveling with our toddler) into a minor blip in the journey. Highly recommend!!β

βTook a friend's tire in and they were on it fast. They are very professional and while I was there I asked if they could do a tire rotation. He said his guy was on lunch and come back in 15 minutes. As soon as I came back they were waiting and I was done in like 10 mins . Great place to go.β

βWe were on our way from LA to Sonoma & Monday morning while in Paso Robles the car started losing coolant .
The repair shops were limited by the fact that not many worked on German cars .
Went to Kingβs Auto Care , we were told they would look/ diagnose the problem next Monday & after will order the necessary parts !!!! Did not care .
We called The AutoBahn & we were told the same .
None of the 2 shops cared that it was an urgent matter .
Ended up calling & speaking with Simon at European Car Specialist and being also told no appointments for 1 week .
We explained our situation & guess what ? Simon understood that it was not a regular car repair for somebody who lived in the area, it was an urgent situation .
We had the car towed & at his shop by 4:30 PM and were told would be ready next day at noon . And it was ready at noon !
The charge was reasonable, definitely we expected more considering it was done so quick . He could have taken advantage of the situation and charge us a lot but he did not .
Lots of businesses can be good at fixing cars but when they have to show they care about their customers they do not .
Once again , many thanks to Simon for helping us & making our trip enjoyable !β
βA bearing froze and the main belt broke on Memorial Day returning to LA from SF in the middle of nowhere on I5 and we found Auto Limits on Yelp. We had the tow driver take us there and spent the night in the car. The next day when they found out our situation, they got to work right away and had the vehicle repaired by early afternoon. They really saved us a ton of grief because we absolutely had to get back to LA and we were able to do it in our vehicle instead of a rental because they fixed it so fast! Highly recommend.β

βDiagnosed my cylinder 5 misfire the next morning after I dropped it off because it was too underpowered to drive home. Replaced all of my ignition coils at once and my thermostat for a fair price. They had all of the documentation showing the before and after of each cylinderβs performance and even recommended future work priorities that werenβt currently necessary. Iβll definitely be bringing my car back here based on bad past experiences with local BMW dealers.β

βLet's start with the fact I have an older car. It's a 17 year old Mazda5. This car has seen 2 teenagers learn to drive. It's done things no family car should ever do. It's been a staple in our family. This past weekend, something was very wrong. After having it towed to Eric and the team at Allegiance Auto, we thought the car was done for. βWe were on a trip south on Hwy 101 when the temperature warning light came on. We added some coolant fluid, but that didn't help. So we took the next exit and drove to the nearest service station. Thank goodness it was Lube N Go! They gave us an estimate, ordered a new thermostat, installed it, took our car on a test drive to make sure everything worked, and we were back on the road 90 minutes after we pulled in. Everyone at Lube N Go was courteous, friendly, and professional. This being the second time a new thermostat was installed, I can tell you that this team got it done faster and for less than at the other place. βI've been a customer for over 20 years and I won't take my trucks anywhere else. A few times they were too busy to take my truck so I tried other shops and it was always a disappointment. βMy daughters Prius died due to a water pump failure while she was home on Spring Break. Dwight was able to diagnose and fix it very rapidly. His fees were reasonable and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. Upon picking up her car he showed us the damaged water pump and answered our questions. His shop is kind of hidden on the north end of Spring St. but I would recommend you find it if you need honest professional auto repair. Great Job Dwight and Thanks again!!β
βOn July 15th, 2024 my family was making our Navy retirement move from San Diego, CA to Vancouver, WA when disaster struck for our Honda Accord and I couldn't find a mechanic that could help us keep our timeline. Then I found Rigo's Automotive and was met by Jesus (Not kidding)! Jesus was phenomenal and took care of me and my family. He immediately identified the problem from a previous mechanic, quickly ordered the correct parts, fixed the problem, and got me back on the road safely.
