This company has left our tenants without heat since Friday with zero empathy or assistance. I cannot fathom being so callous that you could go about your day knowing your company operates in this way.

After this company sold to Superior Propane it is the worst. Don't be fooled; this is no longer a locally owned company. You will not get any customer service or help when you need it. Mega company now owns this company.

Incredibly rude customer service. Once I get my account cleared out I am going with a different provider. I called with an issue and was met with a rude and arrogant individual. No empathy whatsoever.
