“I attempted to rate two outstanding employees who assisted me yesterday as I purchased my ride lawn mower. (LOWES rating site was a bit ODD). Brandon was my initial help. I was on the phone with him a few times regarding an Ariens- Ikon gas mower. He got me measurements, and all specs necessary to bring one home in a trailer. At Lowes he walked me through the process of purchase. Brandon provided FRIENDLY service all the way as this purchase developed from AM to pick up at about 4pm. ARMAND put the tractor together and teamed up with Brandon to show US the basics and safety of the ride mower. Armand walked me through securing the ride mower in the trailer and Armand stressed safety. Both gentlemen were outstanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping their customers!!!! I rate them a TEN!!! thank YOU both.”

“Kelly in the Appliance department came to my rescue! My dishwasher broke down and I had to replace it quickly, in less than a week, because Thanksgiving was approaching. She helped me (over the phone, no less!) to select exactly what I needed, and which would be available for install by the date needed. The installation crew was on time, and quickly did the job with friendly service. I will only shop this Home Depot from here on thanks to Kelly's excellent service, and the follow-through with the install.”

“Love this home depot, have been going here since i was a little kid always treated very nicely. However, there is a lady more on the older side by the wood check out and self check out that does not ask to pet my dog ,right away goes to get my dog a treat and does not ask to give my dog a treat. I was talking with one of the other employees. Turns out they aren’t allowed to give dogs treats, so I’m guessing she’s doing this when shes not even aloud. i sadly dont take my dog as i can never avoid her and dont feel comfortable. please make sure your workers don’t assume they can just go up to a dog,some people bring their dogs here to train them and you never know if it can be aggressive. Us dog owners dog want to get charged or sued if a worker runs up on are dog for simple standing there and the dog reacts or in some cases bites .again love this home depot but talk to your works please.??”
