“Huge kudos to Brian, as well as Junior, who were able to help us rectify a huge problem with our phone/account (that was the fault of another store site in town.) They explained exactly what was going to happen (after listening to the issue and what we had been told by customer care/tech help prior to going to the store) and confirmed we were good with the probable outcomes before proceeding. They obviously know their products and what they can and can't do. Very personable guys at this location - who quickly greeted other customers as they entered the store, while not taking time away from those they were working with.”
