They explained exactly what was going to happen (after listening to the issue and what we had been told by customer care/tech help prior to going to the store) and confirmed we were good with the probable outcomes before proceeding. They obviously know their products and what they can and can't do. Very personable guys at this location - who quickly greeted other customers as they entered the store, while not taking time away from those they were working with.”

“Needed to get my iPhone 13 battery replaced and searched the area for someone who could help. Nile Phone Repair had great reviews with others saying they had fair pricing and a quick turn-around. They were not wrong. I got my battery replaced in two hours for $120. Better than giving Apple 1k for a new phone when all I needed was a new battery. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. My iPhone is working like new again!”
