“Huge kudos to Brian, as well as Junior, who were able to help us rectify a huge problem with our phone/account (that was the fault of another store site in town.) They explained exactly what was going to happen (after listening to the issue and what we had been told by customer care/tech help prior to going to the store) and confirmed we were good with the probable outcomes before proceeding. They obviously know their products and what they can and can't do. Very personable guys at this location - who quickly greeted other customers as they entered the store, while not taking time away from those they were working with.”

“Excellent CS and tech help. Bought new IPhone and Ethan and Monica spent 4hrs with me making sure I was fully set up with all Apps, Ids and Passwords, transfers from old to new phone, with a preferred personalized product and billing package for me. Both agents were extremely user friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Much Respect and Happiness. Grateful, Laurence Carp”

“Ty was a great representative, super helpful and knowledgeable. Normally I'd buy online but I had a get a phone quickly and the experience was so good I'd consider getting one in person again. Ty also helped out multiple people at the same time, his ability to talk to customers and stay on task is helped a hard process go smoothly. Great job! Keep it up.”
