My wife and I got our first home together a little over a year ago and have come here to get all of our furniture needs. Luis has helped us every time we come in, and even helped us design our new couch. We have two dogs that shed so he gave us great advice on the type of fabric that would be best to clean and hairs wouldn't stick. Came in last week to get a new dresser, and again Luis made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. There's a lot of options to choose from/get ordered, and what's better than supporting a local business!

Went looking for a couch and came across this store. Was absolutely great until I custom ordered a couch to match an entertainment love seat. Love seat arrived and couldn't be more pleased. A week later coach showed up in some god awful fake leather. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I tried to like it. called Adam who helped us with the purchases. Ended up talking to the owner Peter. Explained what was wrong with the couch. So many things made me unhappy. He told me to come into the store we'd work it out. Asked what it was gonna cost me, told me nothing we will get you what you want free of charge. I get to the store and met by Peter the owner, asked what I did not like about the couch, it stunk from the over use of scotch guard, it was sticky, the leather looked cheap as hell, it was too hard, the pillows are half fabric half the crap leather. If I'd have known it was gonna be something that looked like this, I'd have never ordered it. Did not hold back (paying a lot of money) Peter asked me if I knew "leather" stretches differently and makes the couch tight and hard. No I did not. Great couch if you don't want your company to stay. (My mother in law was less then pleased as well) Peter looked at me and said let's get this right and design you a new couch. Had it planned out in under 30 minutes..... Peter was so accommodating. Then we hit a glitch. Adam the sales man was not happy and I could see it. I made it very clear on the fabric I wanted. Adam said there of course would be a delivery fee, not a problem I said, he then charged me $75.00, knew he raised it on purpose, Peter then step in and said no $50.00 which made Adam more mad. Cut to today and my couch did not arrive at the designated time. Called to speak to Adam, "oh did they forget you" and they will be there between 1-3 pm click, the phone went dead. Five after three my beautiful couch game. Over the moon absolutely love it!! Couldn't be more pleased... thrilled. "legs" need to be put on, driver pulls out PLASTIC triangle pieces of shit and I ask what the hell are those. Driver says Adam knew you were to have wooden one and I told him there were wrong and Adams says this is what's your getting. I state Adam and I are gonna go rounds. Driver ends up calling the owner who is out of town on a family emergency. I proceed to tell Peter I'm so happy with the couch but got some ugly plastic legs. Peter is not happy and I apologize that I've bothered him, I'm to have the wooden legs, what we agreed upon and the drivers offered to go get them and bring them back. I've decide I'm just gonna go get because I need to have a word with Adam. My husband has now taken the lead and says he'll go get. (I tell my mother in law and state Adam will throw the boys - delivery guys under the bus and blame them) husband comes home with my wooden legs, tell me Adam saw him coming and back peddles and sure enough blames it on the delivery guys, all the while another sales man is on the phone with the owner Peter. Husband gets home with my legs I'm still thrilled with my purchase. A friend is at my home and she loves my couches, they want a love seat. I tell them go... go look they are great guys, but stay away from Adam. Lesson here. If your not familiar or sure about a fabric do your research, ask question, make absolutely sure. I could have been told to kick rocks, you got what you ordered. But Peter made it so right. But Adam became a huge problem. Throwing his co workers under the bus doesn't work for me, charging me more for delivery doesn't work for me and hanging up absolutely doesn't work for me. Will I go back absolutely! Will I deal with Adam, NO! Will I make sure I know what I'm having done in regards to what different fabrics do, a big YES.

This store has a big selection of well priced, quality furniture and a heart. Peter, Owner does everything he can to accommodate your needs and help you find something that makes you happy. He will work with you and do it on a handshake. This is hard to find in this day and age. It was a pleasure working with Peter.He delivers!

We recently bought a new vacation home in Paso Robles. Not being from the area and not knowing where to shop for furniture. We looked at a few stores but had a problem with selection being in stock and the time to order. We looked on Yelp to help with furnishing our home. We walked into Paso Robles Furniture and saw the selection and affordable prices. Peter the owner greeted us and he took the time to listen to our wants and budget. Peter gave us some great advice on color, fabric and sizing to fit in our new home. Peter never seemed pushy. He had to order a couple pieces, but Peter got them in quick. I can see why the store has been in business for over 25 years. Thanks Peter and Paso Robles Furniture.

Love Love our new sofa we bought for a great price. Leather sofa elecrical controls on bothsides. aA must go destination the only place I go to purchace my beautiful furnature plus bedding ect.

Not much merchandise in store, would have had to order what I wanted without trying it first. A bit cluttered with mattresses up on end at end of store.

Stay away from this store, they are not honest. My mom ordered a couch and when it was delivered it was the wrong couch. It had white stitching on it which is not the style she ordered. She returned it and a few days later they delivered a "new" couch and after the delivery crew left she discovered that they took a black felt marker and covered up the white stitching and delivered the SAME couch. When she returned the couch for the second time they ran her credit card as a purchase instead of a credit TWICE. They took 3 months to clear this off my mom's credit card. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Loved working with this company! The owner and salesman were so nice and helpful. They said they could get our couches in 2 weeks and we got them on time! We even ordered a different fabric than was on the couch! The delivery people were so pleasant also!
