    “So I ordered a medicine ball from here, via Amazon. I got notification it had been delivered -- to a totally different state -- due to an error with the shipping guys! I sent a quick message via Amazon, and next thing I know, the situation is 100% fixed, and 100% perfect.You have to realize, this is during the height of quarantine, when everything is out of stock, people are working crazy hours, and there's no staff to help with anything. Jason and his guys took great care of me, and I can't recommend this company enough.People don't have to be perfect, and either do companies. But when people care about people, and when companies care about people and what they do, it makes all the difference.Looking forward to shopping with these guys again. 100% would recommend. (Also, the medicine ball is bad*ss)”

    “Awesome experience at Big 5. We were on vacation and forgot our binoculars for birding. We were helped by Jason to look at some options. Not only did he help us finding a great set of optics, he told us about some local gems of places to see and roads to drive. It turned out to be an awesome day and we wouldn't have found this stuff without Jason. The Vortex binoculars were great too and helped us see some California Condors in Pinnacles NP!”

    “I’ve been in twice now since the very recent remodel. I think it looks great and I feel like they have a better selection than before. I bought white platform vans, my oldest son got Nike air max’s, and my youngest got crocs. I’m giving four stars because I was disappointed by the disconnect between the online availability and what they actually had in-store. I came in for a specific pair of Hey Dudes for my 4yr old. Online said they had a few pairs left, in his size, and I double checked to make sure the store location was correct. They were no where to be found when I came in and when I asked the young woman at the register she just said no, they don’t carry those ones. I eventually found one pair on the clearance section in the back, not his size. So they clearly did carry them somewhat recently. Otherwise still a nice clean store. Just bummed about this one situation.”
