I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from an AutoZone employee on Mother's Day. I came in needing help to retrieve a battery for an item I accidentally dropped in a hard-to-reach component under my driver seat. Without the necessary tool to retrieve it, I was feeling quite frustrated. I went to my local auto zone for help. I found an employee who name was Michael C and told him the situation. The employee was tremendously helpful, displaying excellent customer service and a fantastic attitude throughout the entire process.
Not only did he help me retrieve the item, but he also went above and beyond by assisting me in retrieving the dropped item. His dedication and willingness to assist a customer in need truly made my day. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I wanted to highlight his professionalism and kindness.

“Holy moly I am so impressed with these guys I had a hydraulic hose start to leak on my crane truck. I was able to remove it and bring it to their shop. Everyone is so friendly there the second you walk into the building everyone is greeting you such a great environment Within five minutes they had a brand new hose made up for me. Lakeside Transmission did a complete rebuild and front brakes. 60,000 miles later the transmission is still running strong. I haul a Harley Davidson and trailer, deliver materials. I'm Happy! Yesterday I walked in “old school” with a few parts from my PTO and after learning the cost of a complete unit, I asked about a kit to rebuild mine. They had one in stock at Ontario; they allowed me to do a will-call. This afternoon my truck is back together ready for work. 10 stars if I had that option.”

So when I dropped off my car I knew it had to be inspected further due to undercarriage damage and there was additional parts to be ordered. They were extremely reasonable in their price, they didn't try to rip me off or try to get me to fix something the car didn't need. If you can get past the not so tidy waiting area, it is worth the wait. I really liked going there and will recommend them to my friends.”
