“Horrible experience at Altura in Beaumont CA. Had to pivot here instead. Vivian made the experience as comfortable as it could be (considering I was overdrawn and just got hit with Check Fraud). Showed empathy and care. Handled the situation quickly, and communicated to her Notary Diana who pushed her lunch back to ensure I was handled quickly. Thank you for coming thru - where Hugo from Banning/ Beaumont failed.”

“Hello, I maybe have written 1 review ever before and I rarely do something like this but I feel a strong need to write this one. This BBVA branch is probably the best branch I have ever gone to. I live in Corona, CA and drive to this one just to have the same customer service levels that they provide. The branch manager Andrew is definitely an awesome asset to their team. He understands clients needs and knows the best ways to tackle them efficiently. Its awesome because he is available to answer questions when necessary and makes amazing recommendations when it comes to banking products. He truly has a very strong understanding of his job which makes working with such a bank an amazing experience.”

“One ATM was out of service but still was only one car ahead of me not too long of a wait. All in all fast service and the first time I have been through and one ATM was out”

“This was my third visit to this location. The two other times were okay but this third time was great! Sumari made me feel comfortable and was friendly. I have visited other banks that made me feel uncomfortable and gave me ugly looks. I will be returning simply for her great customer service.”

“I like for a number of reasons number one is you don't have to wait forever for customer service like Bank of America number 2 is when they count your cash yeah we do it by hand for me and not the machine what's a steel may use that machine maybe they feel sorry for me because I'm older lol the staff is very courteous and kind”
