“I mean it's a pretty standard atm spot It's a drive through one for the most part and usually it's not too busy. Only locals really know and use this atm spot. THey have one drive thru atm and one atm walk up Definitely saves you a drive up to Fredrick for the atm.”

“Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason?”

“I love everyone at this bank. While some of you might not notice there is s bad interminority racism problem in this city. When I got to cash checks I al always nervous because of the amounts. But they always treat me like I'm not a criminal they are so nice not welcoming. So I needed a bank account the pre paid bank accounts I could no longer. I opened a account online last night I went in today to find that account and get a debit card. I was hugged hard by someone working there. I was listened to while I rambled I have ptsd I can't help I talk a lot that's a anxiety attack because I'm Nervous in banks. They are too nice no racism no attitudes just professional warm people. I got a everyday banking but they do have a second chance banking if you can't get a account go there Wells Fargo will give you a second chance and a secure safe place for your money. They don't know I'm making this review. I was depressed going in I walked out like I was on Prozac. I'm scared to go in businesses here because of racism nasty comments in languages people think I can't understand so to be welcomed into a bank and not treated like crap I am kool leaving my money with. I trust them. Now I'm A step closer to buying a home. Thanks Wells Fargo.”
“I been with BOA from a short time like least a few months and I have had only good experiences and when I need help with Banking the Bankers have been so helpful. I haven't had the need to go into the branch for the teller services but I use the BOA app and the BOA app is the best tool to use when you don't have time to go into the branch it's a mobile banking at your fingertips.”
