“My car would not start earlier today. I called Auto Zone and O’Reillys. While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned. I appreciate the patience, questions answered and overall exceptional customer service. Thank you!”

“Called a little over an hour before closing, they said they could take care of my tire, and they did Brought the wheel/tire over so i could take photos of it before they put the new one on, and they spent extra time making sure that it was extremely well balanced. The working tire guys were super friendly, owner or manager kind of gruff, but a really necessary transaction handled quickly and with a smile, by the tire guys. (not the manager...)”
“visited this location on 12/18 because i needed a specialized fuse for one of my semi trucks. I couldnt find it anywhere, however when i call this O'Reilly's location the employee on the phone was super friendly and confirmed they in fact had 1 fuse left.
I quickly left my office and picked it up without issue. great service.”

“Easy to find. No overnight parking. Not even on street. I was told they will ticket you. Check in is between door 45 and 44. There isba sign but if you come in the dark it's hard to see. They go by appt only. Check in on sheet and clerks will take paperwork and assign you a door. Green red green then go in for paperwork.”

“They have there shortcomings but all and all it's a solid parts store. And if they don't have it in stock. A 5 min drive to there warehouse and they have part pulled usually when you get there.”
