“I’ve read some of the bad reviews and I must confirm either they haven’t been to the place more often or they are just saying just to say. I’ve been to this O’Reilly’s multiple times and their workers always keep a good vibe and what makes them stand out for me compared to Autozone is the staff. They offer to help you if you need anything and plus they actually know their stuff and can help you out with whatever you need. As for Autozone I’ve been their multiple times too and they seem to be less sociable and their workers look like they don’t want to be there and would rather be somewhere else and it’s just a dull vibe there. Coming back to O’Reilly’s, I really love their service where you can borrow certain things and return them with your money back. The reason why this doesn’t get 5 stars is because I feel as though it’s missing something but I can’t get a handle on it. However, that doesn’t make this auto parts store necessarily bad as a matter of a fact I’d recommend it as your first choice go-to. Overall, I absolutely love this store, it’s local, it’s friendly, and very helpful and I’d 100% recommend to anybody who is looking for car parts, cleaners, and tools.”

“Edgar was super helpful. I’m not too knowledgeable on cars or car parts, but he helped me find what was wrong with my honda and recommended a part, which ended up fixing the issue. If I ever have any issues with my honda in the future, I will DEFINITELY be asking for Edgar to help me out again. Very knowledgeable young man.”

“Alex and the mechanic were amazing. Super friendly and informative. We thought we needed the alternator replaced but when the mechanic looked, in a matter of minutes, he noticed it was an oil leak causing the problem. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. We are so grateful for honest, fair and competent pros like these guys. I am moving here to Riverside soon and I just found my go to mechanic!”
