Boost Mobile offers wonderful and great customer service with patient and friendly staff. They honor promotions and fix problems, providing a good experience for switching from other carriers. The process can take a long time, and there may be initial issues with phone compatibility, but service works well afterward. The store's hours are 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays.

I’ ve be in this store a couple of times, both times I was greeted with a hello welcome in how can I help you today as soon as I stepped foot inside the store, the customer service was helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! My experience was above and beyond my expectations.
