Boost Mobile offers wonderful and great customer service with patient and friendly staff. They honor promotions and fix problems, providing a good experience for switching from other carriers. The process can take a long time, and there may be initial issues with phone compatibility, but service works well afterward. The store's hours are 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays.
This is the best store. Myra customer service is amazing she went above and beyond and Beyond. Spectrum would release my number through all my back and forth even them giving me incorrect pins.
