“Me and my brother went in just because of the name and we were glad we did that was the best experience we ever had at A pipe shop my brother and myself ended up buying a bong each prices were excellent. Then I got a nice sturdy lighter and we both decided to get some Oakley and spy sunglasses and the shop owner gave us.both a can of butane and a couple other things . Best customer service ever .... I live all the way in barstow and the shop is an hour and a half drive. And I guarantee I will be making the drive again no other shop like it on a scale of 1 to 10 I give a 10 for sure”

“This review is really about 3 different locations. I went to the Ontario store to start the DROS for an Echelon but they were sold out but were awesome in verifying that the Riverside store has some available but also gave me a heads up that the DROS system was down. I drove to Riverside and Steven confirmed that it was still down (not his fault). Called the Perris location, told them how I've been driving around to find an Echelon and Quan was super cool and stated he'd set one aside since they had plenty. Arrived at the Perris location with my toddler and Quan was approachable, professional, and just overall a cool dude. In and out in about 15 minutes and although I was disappointed in the circumstances of the first two stores but that in no way was the fault of the staff who had excellent customer service, I would gladly go back to any of these locations. Customer for life!”
