I had an outstanding experience with Sandy at Maranatha Jewelry in Perris! She went above and beyond to help me with both of my Rolex watches — taking the time to properly adjust the links and even fixing one of the bands for me.
What really stood out was her patience and attention to detail. She didn’t rush the job and made sure everything fit perfectly and looked great. On top of that, her prices were very reasonable, and the service was top-notch.
Sandy is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days.

I purchased some hoop earrings they took the time out to show me earrings without rushing me. I was also able to get some jewelry I brought with me repaired right then and there ! “Went in specifically to inquire regarding having links be taken out of my watch (wrist is small) & although I was prepared to pay any type of fee for the service being provided, thankfully the friendly, dedicated, patient, & professional employees Jared & Isabelle we’re more than kind enough to be of assistance & as an added bonus & much to my pleasant surprise they removed the necessary amount of links (free of charge) all while delivering exceptional customer service!! “went in for a gun transfer and the guy working was super helpful. pricing was decent too, didnt feel like i got ripped off. took a little longer than i expected to get the paperwork done but it wasnt a huge deal. the shop is kind of small and cluttered so it was a bit hard to find what i needed at first. overall good experience though, ill probably go back.”
