“Life savers. Best customer service ever received.
Thank you very much, I appreciate your trust and assistance with receiving and shipping out my package.”
“Every time I come to this UPS, the associates are prompt, kind and quick. Today specifically Nick helped me handle my return with no questions. Thank you for being a reliable UPS location.”
“Love this location! Never have any problems or confusion when sending out my packages. The times I’ve went recently, Maria was the one who helped me each time. She’s amazing and so incredibly helpful! I can tell she knows her stuff and she gets everything done with ease. Thank you Maria for all your help and always being patient with me”
“I have done about 16 Amazon returns here. They are usually pretty busy, but they do move the line in a timely manner. The staff are just people, I have been there when they were all smiling and happy, and I have been there when the office mood was down. Life is that way. But they are always professional, or at least they have been when I was there. Never had any problems with the staff or the service they provide. I think if you are going to use this location check out their busy times and go at a time that they are normally less busy. Parking can be difficult if you are disabled, so go early, or at a low traffic time.”
“Went in for notary service last week and the representative, Marbella, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Thank you Marbella and if I need notary services again I know exactly where to go.”
“Not gonna lie best service ive had. Its been some time but. I was in a hurry and the guy kept jumping back and forth between customers. So i was there for a while. But he was trying his best. I was a but rude which sucks cuz I’ve been in his position before. Anyways he was nice and when i had to come back cuz i forgot something he smiled and ket rocking out to the ‘store appropriate’ music. Was super refreshing after having mediocre service at countless venues even tip based services.”
“This UPS Store here in Menifee, Ca. is the #1 HANDS DOWN BEST UPS STORE EVER! They provide the BEST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially their Rep “KAT!” She is very professional, handles your request with such pride and provides excellent customer service. Thank you KAT and UPS for making my shipping needs met every time with no problems at all. Good job KAT, well done!!”
“Highly recommend I was there on Sunday and the person who assisted me was quick fast and pleasant. Although it was not really something out this world I do appreciate someone going the extra mile to answer questions on concerns or confusion I may have. Great service overall.”
“The service at this place was awesome. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. They helped me offer me the most appropriate option so that my shipment arrived safely, in a timely manner.
GRACIAS!”

“It was my first time returning something through UPS, and Patrick made it extremely easy. I hadn't even taped the box I had brought because I needed tape and was in a hurry, but Patrick said he'd handle it and stick the sticker on there for me. This store is always helpful and great with getting the job done!”
“I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store! Every visit has been a positive experience because the entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
I’ve used this location for a wide variety of services over the years, including shipping packages through both USPS and, most often, UPS. They’ve helped me send care packages to college dorms, birthday and holiday gifts, important documents, complete shredding services, purchase shipping supplies, and process countless returns. No matter the service, the staff is always efficient, patient, and willing to answer questions to ensure everything is handled correctly.
It’s refreshing to find a business that consistently provides outstanding customer service and makes every transaction quick and stress-free. Whether you need services for personal or professional purposes, I highly recommend this UPS Store. They’ve earned my trust and my continued business, and I confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.”
“Shawna and her crew are the best!!! Highly recommend for any important paperwork that needs to be printed or mailed and also has a good selection of supplies.
