“I’ve needed many live scans in the past and I’ve always had a very long visit with lots of scan attempts when fingerprinting because of the hyperhidrosis in my hands. The owner knew exactly what to do to get good fingerprints from someone with my condition. I’m so happy with the service + good customer service.”

“I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this instance warranted it. This location has an employee by the name of Dakota who is freaking awesome. We're going through a lot on our end dealing with a fair amount of red tape and bureaucracy while trying to help a family member who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and found ourselves in a time sensitive situation which required two emergency faxes, which we don't currently have the means to do on our end. I called and Dakota listened to my circumstances and was able to help get things done despite the fact I was pretty frazzed and stressed out. He came through in the clutch and helped us tackle an urgent matter which may very well lead to saving a life, so if Dakota hasn't received a raise yet, it's overdue. The compassion, empathy and patience he showed deserved commendation.
This location has always been top tier. Great managers (I didn't catch the blonde lady's name but she was super helpful too), great employee's (especially Dakota), and just all around a positive experience.”
“I've used this store to take care of the needs that I have on returning items to Amazon or sending to family across the country and I got to say the people the women here are excellent people they're always nice and friendly which is the reason why I keep coming back here today I have a lot of pain happening in my left wrist as I just had surgery with it and the employee their Britney was so helpful she was very effective in meeting all of my needs I'm on my return I'm so grateful for her and to UPS for hiring such great people good job UPS”

“Remy was incredibly helpful! I needed to make some Amazon returns, & one was a canopy that had to be packed back into its original box. Instead of charging me for boxes to compensate, because I need every penny as I'm going into surgery shortly & won't have an income, he helped me repack the whole canopy to fit its packaging & box, he was able to help as the store was empty at the time. He did more for me than any other has done. I cannot thank him enough. I even tried to tip him $5, it wasnt much but I was very thankful, he told me to save that with the rest of my money for my surgery. He was such a sweet soul!”

“I’ve been meaning to write a review on the cashier/ and front desk for ups her name is (Precious) I recently visited again and once again as always, she is so very helpful kind and great customer service. There was a time that I needed several important documents printed and there was an issue on how I downloaded the file, she politely explained how to convert it and she had quite a long line, but she handled everything very professionally and kept checking on me and during the meanwhile she still tended to the customers in line. She was so patient and did not rush me or give me the (hurry up) impression. I was so appreciative of her outstanding customer service! This is the reason us customers come back. We need more cashiers and employees like this! This is a great representation of this ups location. So to the store owner , thank you for hiring her (Ms precious)”
“Got passport photos here - and was super happy with how quick I was able to get it done. From parking to going in and getting photos, to returning to car, 8mins. It's a fraction of the time and lower priced than CVS a few doors down (assuming CVS has someone to do it that day).”

“I had a great experience at Post Box & More DHL FedEx UPS Livescan in Riverside. I came in for employment-related Live Scan fingerprinting and initially walked in around 1:00 PM to set up an appointment for 3:00 PM.
The wait time was minimal, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff were professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. They also assisted me with completing the required forms, which made everything much smoother.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern equipment. I also appreciated the transparent pricing with no surprises.
Overall, a very professional and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this location and would return again if needed.”
