Diffrent locations vary on friendliness. Custom service is exceptional to very bad depending on the clerk you get and the store you go to. Gas is also offered at some 7-11. To rate them all it ranges from 1 1/2 stars to 4 stars. Santa Rosa area has 3 7-11 that I can recall stars 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 RP 4 stars
