“I had the worst experience at the San Rafael location yesterday and this morning. I ended up having to go back but didn't go to the San Rafael location, as I was in Petaluma later in the morning. I stopped off at this T-Mobile store in Petaluma and it was day and night from the San Rafael location. As soon as I walked into the store I was acknowledged and this young man came to ask me what I needed. His name was Alfredo and he was so pleasant to deal with. I work in customer service so I know how difficult it can be but a good morning/afternoon with a smile goes a long way. I live in San Rafael but will definitely be driving up to Petaluma to go to this store. Such amazing customer service ??.”
“I went in seeking help because I couldnt get past the security pin from gmail on my new phone due to my previous phone being water damaged and not being able to receive the pin. I thought I had lost all pictures and contacts etc,. I have to mention I had already gone to 3 other Verizon stores. Then I went to this Verizon and was helped by Gil and I just have to say he figured it out in no time. He fixed the issue and was so great at explaining what was going on and also helped me set everything else on new phone. I am forever thankful Gil you are amazing! Thank you for all your help. Highly reccomend this store and specially Gil!”

Sucky that the prices have finally reached such a high that I can’t afford to shop there often. That’s not to say they don’t have quality items that are priced fairly. I’m just unable to shop there for a lot of items. It’s a “it’s me not you” thing.
Makes me want to decorate a house every time I go lol”

“Diffrent locations vary on friendliness. Custom service is exceptional to very bad depending on the clerk you get and the store you go to. Gas is also offered at some 7-11. To rate them all it ranges from 1 1/2 stars to 4 stars. Santa Rosa area has 3 7-11 that I can recall stars 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 RP 4 stars”

“Pretty sure we have all been to Target and know what to expect at this point. This particular location is a solid choice compared to neighboring cities with Targets in them. Clean, easy to navigate and helpful staff, not sure what else to really expect from a big box store. I've been here several times for pickups and returns which were easy to perform and lines moved quickly. Self-checkout lines are also well organized by staff helping patrons, if need be, so again well done. A review sometimes does help for chain big box stores, so just leaving it at that.”

“Hi everyone, I went into the store not sure of the sugar morning I wanted to create. After about 5 minutes, I opted for a Green Apple Slurpee, instead of the usual Tropicana bottle OJ of my usual early morning liking. Once at the counter, the cashier was very curtious ,as I counted out my 2.18 in small change. What an awesome way to start my day. He even said THANK YOU which I have found is rare these days.”

“You can get an iced cold drink or Slurpee here on really hot days (the machines &cups are kept filled). Hot pizza, hot dog, and taquito's are sold here. I hear the pizza is pretty good although I haven't tried it myself. This hula-girl needs to fit into her grass skirt ! ?”

“My microwave quit working because some wires from the control panel broke. G.E. quoted me 310.00 for the part, or i could have a tech come to my house and try to repair it. 135.00 just to show up and parts and labor...ugggh... I took the door off and brought it to the petaluma location. They were able to fix it for much less and my microwave is working again. These guys are miracle workers. Fantastic job! I can't thank them enough!”
