Very helpful my wonderful husband had to change the brakes in a emergency situation they had the parts , the tool , in stock and allowed us to do the work in the parking lot , We were 100 miles from our destination and with the help of professional sales and my husband’s skills and concern for safety made me love the him more , thanks Petaluma AutoZone and thanks you Dow ?

Went by this store and Jorge and jesus went to inspect the car and changed the battery and changed the alternator and I saved over 500 dollars…. Great pillars to your business

I came to the autozone because the net I went to oreilly to see if they had an alternator for my car and they sent me to the dealer and before going to the dealer I went to your store here in autozone and your employees don't speak Spanish but the manager Jorge does speak and He made me feel at home and he got me the alternator in Sacramento... and I'm doing this survey because his manager Jorge helped me, one of them in getting my alternator... I've been to many autozones and this is the first one where the customer service goes above and beyond. my expectations and you know something rest assured that I will return to you

Went to autozone and manager Jorge helped me changed the battery to my alarm I had went to Chevy dealership and they wanted to charge me 250 to changed the battery.. so before I made my decision I stop by to your autozone in petaluma and your manager Jorge went and grab his tools and took care of business and didn’t charge me like the dealership he only charge me the battery and that speaks volume about autozone. I saved 250 dollars wow customer service on point. Thanks Jorge and auto zone….

I came to autozone to test a battery and the manager Jorge came to check the status of the battery and he gave me bad news and it was a bad battery… he then checked his inventory and didn’t have the battery in Petaluma and he then went got it from a nearby autozone and on top of that he helped me install it. All never seen this kind of behavior from an autozone but he saved and made my day!!! Thanks Jorge and your team autozone for helping me out

AutoZone Auto Parts is a very helpful company with friendly and polite employees. I was there to purchase parts for my truck. The workers who helped me out were very friendly when I bought the parts and when I was there to return the parts after I found more accurate parts from another store. This AutoZone Auto Parts gave me a good shopping experience.
