Felt bad for the attendant when we first entered. I arrived to ship a lamp back to myself in MO. After waiting for 20 minutes, finally two other attendants popped out from the back to help. The attendant seemed unsure of procedures, but was kind. Shipping the lamp costs $200! Eek.
