“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”

“The reviews here are out of date (N McDowell crew from many years ago & sometimes for the corporate locale, and with a general misunderstanding of how current mail distribution works). The crew from the past year or more is outstanding. I was there again today - I am always treated in a kind, friendly & efficient manner. It was sadly quite different years ago with mostly female crew. Every trip in past year has been a very positive experience. All staff are great. Today it was Richard.”
