Best for designers/architects/contractors but I found some great small things in their "boneyard".

Take Heritage to another level. Clean it up. Get rid of the debris, weeds and junk especially around fence lines bordering residential homes. Remove the boneyard and playground as they attract the debris. Showcase the premium.
