He was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly patient as I tried out several beds. Because I use a wheelchair, the process takes a little longer than most, and Scott never once made me feel rushed. He took his time, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and even got me some great discounts. We were there for about an hour and he was kind and attentive the entire time. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the customer experience, ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed!”

“I’m a homeowner, and Heritage Salvage was recommended to me by my designer who has worked with them often.

I purchased a slab of Parota wood from Heritage and ordered five separate pieces to be built, including a live edge desk, fireplace mantle, and various floating shelves. I worked with Cup at Heritage who prepared sketches based on my ever-changing requirements and started building once I signed off. Cup was great to work with - professional, responsive, and with a problem-solving approach for challenging installs. Heritage delivered all the items on schedule, if not earlier. The quality of their work was excellent, and the items look fabulous in my home.

Heritage Salvage owner Bug has a great selection of slabs and salvaged wood items and employs experienced artisans/craftsmen. The team is great at communication. “Ryan from Mack Wallbeds repaired my wallbed/"Murphy bed" this past week, and I was impressed and delighted with the thoroughness of his work. The wallbed needed adjustment and/or repair in various places on both vertical and horizontal planes. It had been installed years before I bought my place and needed serious attention to various problems that'd developed. Ryan had not made or installed this wallbed but was completely focused on identifying and addressing all its issues. “I stumbled upon this thrift shop while walking around Petaluma over the Memorial Day weekend. They had a sale going on, and I ended up finding some really pretty dishes at great prices. The staff were super nice, and I loved that they used recycled paper bags to pack everything—it was a nice touch. The only small thing was that the bag didn’t have handles, so it was a bit awkward to carry. But overall, it was a really lovely experience. I’d definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.”

“Impressive how there is almost always enough cashiers.
Sucky that the prices have finally reached such a high that I can’t afford to shop there often. That’s not to say they don’t have quality items that are priced fairly. I’m just unable to shop there for a lot of items. It’s a “it’s me not you” thing.

“Pretty sure we have all been to Target and know what to expect at this point. This particular location is a solid choice compared to neighboring cities with Targets in them. Clean, easy to navigate and helpful staff, not sure what else to really expect from a big box store. I've been here several times for pickups and returns which were easy to perform and lines moved quickly. Self-checkout lines are also well organized by staff helping patrons, if need be, so again well done. A review sometimes does help for chain big box stores, so just leaving it at that.”
