Petaluma Auto Repair is known for being thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable, reliable, and nice. The service is extremely convenient as the mechanic comes to you and repairs your car in your driveway. He walks customers through everything beforehand and again afterwards to show what was fixed. He explains the whole process clearly. Prices are competitive, often matching or being cheaper than quotes from other shops, while including things other shops do not mention. The mechanic is dedicated to customer satisfaction and peace of mind. He will go out of his way to reassure customers, even coming back out to explain an issue, provide a test drive, and wait until the car is 100% better. Customers report being very satisfied, feeling safe, and could not be happier with the awesome service for general repairs and maintenance. They state they will use him again.
They were great! Honest, fair, quick and courteous.
