Behind schedule at least 15min even with an appointment. Do not bring your child here; they don't seem to know how to draw blood from a kid, creating a horrifically challenging experience. Inconsistent policies; sometimes they'll enter lab orders in front a MyChart account, other times they refuse.

Unacceptably slow. Next time I’m going to LabCorp or someone else. Also they’re cutting costs by not having their kiosks staffed by real people so I can’t even get my question answered. Quest loves to increase its profits at the expense of its customers!

After reading so many bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Checked in (12:30) waited about two minutes, crew just coming back from lunch.
