I was advised that the traditional LDL / HDL lipid panel is outdated, so any decent doctor prescribes an NMR lipoprotein, which my doctor did. I was advised by your customer service people that this test is available at all Quest facilities, but the operator did not know what it cost nor whether it was covered by insurance. Neither did my phebotomist at the facility. Call me crazy, but all the other businesses I buy things from generally know how much they cost. This is most outlandishly unprofessional experience I have ever had. What is wrong with you people?

Quest is moving to automating and there is no front desk person. This adds to unnecessary dissatisfaction and a strain on phlebotomist having to take on more patient complaints (work quality impacts patients).

I had an appointment and was taken on time. The lab tech got the vein on the first attempt, and I did not feel anything. Everything went perfectly.

Quest makes it easy to book time and staff are really professional and pleasant. Sometimes I wonder why people are taken in that are not on list ahead of someone that has registered.

Check in was easy, and service was prompt. Very little wait time for my scheduled appointment and walk in that I had later in the week.

The slowest, laziest, rudest, and most incompetent staff work at this Quest location.

When I arrived the door was locked. After waiting I then when to the employee only door. This employee opened the door and said sometimes the door is locked and at that time 3 people were waiting.
I have a problem with the comment that sometimes that the door just locks it-self.
No employee checking for why no one was showing up at the door, your company should look into this.

I had an 11:40 am appt for a time sensitive blood draw. "6 hours after doses" I was there 10 mins early. I was not called in for the draw until 12:50. As a result the time sensitive tests couldn't be done and I had to schedule another appt for next week. Numerous other folks were in similar situations. There was only 1 person working that day.

First experience with Quest after Providence closed their location. Making appointment on line went fine. The blood draw was fine. HOWEVER, the technician input the wrong doctor's name. She had the handed in paperwork.
Spending about 35 minutes today on-line, very cumbersome and not user friendly. Then called the number given by the chat center and disconnected me three times. By this time, the call center was closed.
I hope to NEVER return to Quest.
Also agree with another review about Quest vehicles taking up most of the parking lot and street parking. They must not be good neighbors.
I will find another lab.

I was denied a 3rd party requisition blood test without explanation, even though another Quest branch had performed the same test for me and wife before. The lab assistant could not have cared any less and was uncooperative during the process.

Made an appointment, checked in and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. No one is at the front desk and no one has come out to check on patients in the lobby. Three people have been waiting ahead of us for over an hour.

No wait with an appointment. Good experience. I've never tried walking in but they said you could be taken in 10 minutes or 90 minutes depending on how busy they are.
