Victoria went out of her way to help me with a package that wasn't even for FedEx, and she had excellent rapport with the other employee, Sam who also helped me - just friendly people. They didn't make a dime of off me for shipping but I'll be a new customer here.Then they both went above and beyond to help an elderly customer with a heavy package who came in after me.This is in significant contrast to another shop in San Rafael where the employees were rolling eyes at each other, short with customers (not explaining how things work, etc).”
