Sonoma Fit Petaluma contains 3 group fitness studios with over 100 classes scheduled per week. Indoor cycling, TRX, yoga, circuit training, dance and senior fitness are just a few of the classes which are available on our schedule. In addition to group fitness, Room X is a studio within the gym focused on team training. These classes run approximately 45 minutes and are taught by certified personal trainers. Focused on multiple modalities including TRX, rowing, running, boxing and weight lifting, these classes will get you in shape and keep you there!
