“Got an unexpected flat yesterday. Called Brodies Tire and asked if they patched flats and the price ($42.99). He was happy to have us bring the tire down and patch it up and let us know when it was ready (which was going to be the next morning). To our surprise, it was ready within 2 hours. We drove back over and they put our tire back on and our spare away. They were so friendly and fast. They definitely made a life long customer. I’ll be recommending this place to family and friends.”
“Called in the morning after a random tire blow out, needed 4 new tires that they didn’t have in stock. They ordered the tires & I had them on my car by mid afternoon. They also offer free tire rotations every 5k miles which is super cool. Pricing is also very reasonable when compared to Costco/Walmart. Definitely would recommend & I will be a repeat customer. The woman at the front desk is very nice as well! Thanks! ??”

Tow truck driver made arrangements with Steve to hopefully fix my car. When I got there he offered me a car so I could go be with my brother. He called me later day to let me know it was all done. New battery and alternator. He gave me a quote before I left.
I picked up my car the next day. He had never met me before, such a wonderful thing to do, to help me out was just awesome.
I felt very comfortable with him and trusted that he would do the job.

“I live about two hours away and contacted them over the phone about purchasing a 2023 Cadillac. Eric was so nice and helpful . Zero bs, and zero typical salesman mentality. He was so personable, easy, smart and fast. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. They had a ton of really nice cars/ trucks on the lot. It was easy to find, everyone in the place was so friendly . I was sent over to Kevin for the rest of the process to deal with the financial process... he made it extremely easy. He was really nice, straightforward, personable and professional. These are all qualities I feel like a lot of dealerships Lack these days . Could not have been a better easier experience. “Sad to say this service department looks like it's gone downhill. First off, no one answers the phone. That is a bad sign. Several times the phone just disconnected.
Last time I took my vehicle here that messed up the service pretty bad regarding my transmission and I had to bring it back for them to remedy their mistake. It's a Escalade, one of Cadillac's premier vehicles, and they still didn't give it the attention it deserved. Looks like I have to go to dealership further away which is a terrible inconvenience. I hope the owner and service manager read this.
UPDATED. victory has really stepped up their game after some missteps and I am now a huge fan of the dealership. Things happen but it takes a great business to repair the relationship. I recommend them!”
