“This was my second time getting repairs done at Bowens and they're always so great. After getting overcharged for poor work at other shops Bowens is always my go to. They're able to quickly get me in, honest with quotes and what is absolutely necessary versus what I can hold off on for now if needed, work is done quickly and efficiently. I had my water pump replaced there last year, and just recently got my cam shaft sensor replaced. Car has been working perfectly and the staff it so nice! Even called a few days after to make sure I wasn't having any issues :)”

“In the past I’ve had excellent service at this location. The initial associate who provided the excellent service was not part of my recent experience. This time, several issues that came up and I ended staying there from 8:30am to 7:00pm. BUT… with all the issues that came up, Karalei was able to improve my experience. I finally left for the day after everything and she fixed the issues. She has helped me in the past at another PepBoy location and both times she was awesome!”
“We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on.”
