Verizon is currently the most connected cell service for me in Petaluma, northern Marin and West Sonoma County. Their prices are steep but I need the service. The local store provides meh advice and service. I wish they trained their stall better and improved their actual in Petaluma City Limits service.

Made an appointment and was treated with excellent service right on time. Exceeded my expectations based on how horrible their telephone and chat service is.

This store reported my phone is stolen without my permission. I bought my phone from manufacturing company directly and paid in full when I ordered it but Verizon locked my phone without my permission and made my phone a junk. I could not use my phone for 8 days and could not go to any other carrier because it was locked. I could not figure out who did it and when. Finally I have to purchase another phone. Then, I found out that Verizon reported it. The staff at this store tried to make me in trouble so they reported it falsely using the information I provided to have the plan with them. It is unacceptable behavior. This runarond is neglect and customer harassment. Again, Verzion staff has no right to block my phone which is owned by me. They are basically evil. I am writing this review because I don't want anyone to be another victom in the near future.

Finally a Verizon store that took oy 20 mins to see me...guess I got lucky! Tsch was quick &! Ans my ?? Way faster than the 1 hr spent on chat which was useless.

Efrain was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of the data transfer from the old phone to the new one seamlessly and snd proficiently.

Unorganized, unprofessional and useless. Did not help my wife and I we sat in our vehicle and watched five employees talk and help other customers that came in after we did. We left and went to another location. Employee then called and said we left angry. We left because they would not help with a new phone on a business account.

Went to the store because I was trying to transfer my number to T-Mobile I had been on the phone for 2 hours only to be transferred and transferred and have them hang up on me repeatedly So they gave me a pin to transfer My number turned out to be incorrect so I had to drive back to the store Only to be greeted by a very angry man with a tattoo on his head very unprofessional He was short and rude with me and my 2 children i think he was upset because he came on to me but im interested in females i have a girlfriend And all in it took me over 5 hours to straighten out I will never go back to this store I will never go back with Verizon.

Dealt with a Very Rude feminine man. I am leaving Verizon for my own reasons but I am glad I won’t have to deal with this type of unprofessional person when I get signed on with T-mobile. Good riddance Verizon????????????????

Well, not surprised to see a lot of 1 star reviews here. The customer service is terrible. I've had a missing order (placed at this store) for over three weeks now and been in twice and the clerks and the manager have done nothing to help resolve the situation or provide help. Really disappointing.

Hector was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to get my son's phone switched over! Friendly and took the time needed to get everything setup before we left! Highly recommend Hector!

Went to make a simple exchange of a phone case that was sent in an internet order. The clerk was not helpful in any way. They had one similar case in stock but I didn't want a pink case. He argued it was red, but I still didn't want that over the clear case I had ordered. I left and decided to exchange using the online system. I'd avoid this store if possible if you want help.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!As an update to my earlier review... Another similar phone was set up on my account the very same day I got my phone there. An additional line plus the upgraded device coverage was being charged. It was under my name but in a different area code. Whoever had the phone immediately started maxing out my data. That's how I was alerted. Something really shady and illegal is going on. My original post:Seriously... what is wrong with the staff there? There seem to be plenty of bad reviews describing the same thing. I was forced to buy a new phone because an update fried my old one. The sales guy tried to upsell my plan and I passed. He handed me the box and walked off to lunch. I had a few questions while trying to activate it in the store and neither of the two employees were interested in helping. I was the only person in the store! They were just chatting with each other. I asked some specific questions and the employee was snotty and condescending. I'm a tech savvy CPA but I'm also about 60. Maybe they don't like seniors. Take your business anywhere else.

Went to Verizon on kenilworth today. Needed new glass cover for my phone. Luis was very lazy. Told me they didn't have any and to order from Amazon. Victor came out .Found the item I needed , and put it on my phone. Keep victor, get rid of Luis

Wish I could give zero Stars. This was the worst customer experience I've ever experienced in my life. I've been a customer for approximately 15 years. This is the worst store, people pass me to the other person then the person went in the back and acted like they were looking for a phone for me for 15 minutes then they open the door and I see them standing there laughing at me. When I expressed how unhappy I was with them they continue to laugh at me. I told them I've been a customer for 15 years and now I'm going to go to AT&T or another provider, then this one lady had the nerve to say "Would you like your account information so you can cancel your account". Worthless mean people work here. I hope they get fired! I had just gotten off of work, my phone won't charge anymore, my family was waiting in the car and this is how I was treated. All I wanted was a simple phone that works. Don't go here.
