This was a terrible experience today. The kid working there didn't hear me at all and just tried to upsell me assuming I was a dumb old lady. They really don't want to see your face in the store. He offered to help me order phones myself using the verizon app! If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have gone in!
There was also conflicting info from my visit the day before with 2 other people. I don't feel I can trust anything they tell me.

I have purchased my last 3 iPhones at this store and have Always been very pleased with the service and the help. It’s a great 👍🏻 place and the staff is awesome

Eric was very helpful and 100% customer service oriented. Very satisfied with this representative. Did everything he could to help me switch over from dreaded Xfinity. Xfinity was holding my phone hostage even though it was paid off last week and nothing was owed, not even phone service bill. I had zero balance with xfinity and still didn't unlock phone for 5 days !! I had no service anywhere. Eric did his absolute best and spent a lot of time on phone with Xfinity as well trying to get phone I ne unlocked. True sport and excellent service from Eric. I now have service with Verizon. Yea!!

Victoria was absolutely amazing, dedicated and patient not only with me but every customer I saw her help. Unfortunately, she was unable to help me due to Verizon not having WiFi in their business (despite needing it to do anything they do on phones). She tried every possible solution and was kind the whole time.

I feel bad for not remembering her name but the customer service at the Verizon store was amazing. Each of the workers assisted me while I was getting a new phone. They helped make this difficult time a whole lot easier with their professional skills and patience.
