JON!! Thank you so much for helping find a new phone set it up, transfer everything from my old phone, pick out a case and screen cover and told me about a new lense cover they offered as well. Having a rough day that day I was welcomed at the door and helped asap. Luckily I came in when it was less busier but Jon knew exactly how to help me and the confidence about product and rules I felt like I was making all the right decisions. I appreciate customer service like this it's almost unheard of now adays but it's refreshing to be treated like a ten year customer and around such a knowledgeable employee. The store was clean. The associates ignored me until they saw a real sales opportunity. I had lost my phone and they talked me out of using my insurance and, instead, to buy the Samsung 23 and pay it off for $16/mo, which I really couldn't afford.I didn't know that this was the latest Samsung because I'm not cell-phone-savvy. I previously had a Samsung S9 which I was just now understanding. This was too much of a leap and the phone is way more than I needed or wanted.After they saw a sales opportunity, they became very solicitous and helpful.
