The person that I spoke with was nice and helpful but my current problem was not solved to my satisfaction. I still need to call Xfinity to see if they can help. Seems a little backwards to me. The person at the store should have been able to correct the problem

I rarely leave reviews. This place is as horrible as the automated customer service of Comcast. They refused to try and help me telling me that I should call customer service. I then asked them to help me as I was an older man and to treat me like I was a family member in need of technical help. They spent 15 minutes telling me that they will not help me instead of just helping me. After begging them to please just call customer service on my behalf they escorted me out the store like I was a criminal. When I was outside, I was approached by two people that were in the store, who told me that they agreed with me that the representatives there were extremely rude and unprofessional , and all they cared about, was trying to sell product. It’s amazing to me that this store would even stay in business I would not recommend them. I would not go there if you are trying to get help. I would also question, with the way they treated me that any goods and services they provide or sell would be adequate and should be subject to review by the governing bodies. I do not trust them Once again, I asked them to help me as an elderly man who was having trouble with the customer service , and they escorted me out of the building Because I was not purchasing anything. Just horrible. Lastly, what ever happened to A service representative, helping any customer to try and solve a problem whether or not, they thought it was going to help. It’s amazing to me how much time they will spend telling someone that they can’t or are unwilling to help them Instead of just trying to help them. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important for people to know.

In attempting to a execute a compulsory equipment change, I was turned away during business hours posted online and on the front window, claiming they were closed. There was nowhere to call ahead to confirm business hours. I pay thousands of dollars each year to this company and am left feeling very neglected. (And pissed!)

I had great service at the store today. No wait at all at 1:00pm. Nice representative named Noe helped me with a couple of issues and one technical issue. He also gave me a credit that will appear on the next billing cycle. One star off because Xfinity's monthly costs are a bit expensive.

They will lie to you about the cost of services. I was promised $156/monthly out the door, no hidden taxes or fees. My bill has been $282.50/monthly. I brought my equipment back and they charged me an additional $120 for cancelling. You will never get truth from them. Be careful of the manager, he is a slimy

Had a difficult time moving and transferring services to a new house without a co axle port. Noah was there to help in an instant and made the transition easy. Helped explain the installation process, billing, and troubleshooting issues that may occur. He followed through with everything he said he would do. Very genuine and knowledgeable person would recommend this branch to other people.

I came in for an appointment yesterday at 5:30. I came to cancel and have someone else open their account instead. The worker did not disclose or speak of any charges. I did expect the remaining balance of the old account to be settled, which it was without me being told. My friend received a $50 without being told on their NEW ACCOUNT or even a receipt for that charge. I returned my equipment at my appointment. I am receiving emails to make sure to return it or I will be charged. They did not provide me a receipt for the returned equipment which I was told by the company they were supposed to. This was my first time at this location and the LAST. Beyond ridiculous.

Garbage... piss poor service... never acknowledged when entering store! Bottom line X got a huge contract and dosent give to shits about the little man. Time to explore ATT, Dish, etc.. How unfortunate... your CS has tanked! Don't go here it's a standard ploy to get you in the door then they don't help at all once you're locked in! Shit services at its best!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

We hooked up a new cell phone line and CSR turn off my wi fi while taking my cell phone involuntary and doing something behind the counter. CSR did evil to me while turning off my Wi-Fi and burning internet data in one day. Typical horrific corruption, not a service you expect to receive while coming there. Do NOT give your gadgets to their handling, they are scammers!

This local store is probably fine and staffed with good people...however I recent left Comcast after 20 years. I was paying $29.95 per month when I started and it's now $90 per month. I've NEVER had a good experience with Xfinity's customer service people...most of whom have lousy English skills. Last week, when I asked for someone who spoke English I could understand...she hung up on me. ANY other provider would be better than Comcast. I switched to Verizon. Same speed internet for $40 less per month.

Absolutely the worst company on the planet! Can't make a payment! Tried 5 different cards including my debit card and customer service is clueless as to how to help. There are plenty of funds but comes back with a "different error" each time a card is run. And they claim its not their problem. Good luck getting paid MFs!

Dishonest, disrespectful, disappointed, disaster, wants all the money. They told me one thing in the store, and then the phone told me another they sent me a $500 bill for one month, which was $634, 3 days later. after I paid for the month, they still wanted more money, and then they threatened to cut it off. every 3 or 4 days, I get another bill that's a different number. You never know what you're going to get. It's a crapshoot that comes up Snake Eyes every time.
