I had great service at the store today. No wait at all at 1:00pm. Nice representative named Noe helped me with a couple of issues and one technical issue. He also gave me a credit that will appear on the next billing cycle. One star off because Xfinity's monthly costs are a bit expensive.

I had a different experience than many of the reviews here. They were helpful and friendly. Each interaction I had with team members was positive. Maybe they've done some restructuring at this location.
