“To be honest I was going in today to cancel my service with verizon due to being lied by another sales associate but because of the employee here named Alex he saved you from losing a customer not only was he helpful he was very honest and didn't try and BS me and sell me a bunch of nonsense I very much appreciate his honesty and patience and would highly recommend him to help you with any of your needs. Thanks again”

“We loved our experience at T-Mobile! My boyfriend got a new phone and then went back for a watch, Natalie helped him both times and she is amazing!!! She has great customer service!”
