“William at the Pico Rivera, Ca location was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from the start to the end where even helped me load my car. I’m a mother walking in with my 3yr old and had zero clue on where to find the items I was looking for… most employees would run from a customer like myself but William saved the day with his expertise and patience. I say this because I’ve worked retail/ customer service for 22 years and I know great service when I see/ experience it and it should always be recognized, rewarded and appreciated. Because of my experience with William I will continue to shop at Lowe’s instead of other competitors. Thank you William for going above and beyond and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. And a big Thank You for serving our great country USA!”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

“I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.”

“Excellent seller. Buy with confidence. I bought two Xpower air scrubbers for a basement renovation. Products shipped the same day and I received quickly by Fedex. Xpower does the job against fine dust from concrete, paint, also fumes. When I had a problem with one unit, Manny was highly responsive and sent me a new one. I returned at their expense and my refund was processed as soon as they received. Look no further or closer for your air cleaning needs!”
