Quality: Amazingly Strong & Strudy. I was concerned the quality might not have been up to par, as seen in the pics, but that wasn't the case.
Delivery: Loved the white-glove delivery service of the pieces, taking in one piece at a time.
Price: The price was definitely lower than what I saw on Wayfair and other sites for the same brand and style.”

“I was told to pass by here to check it out. I was in need of dresser drawer real bad. I decided to stop by here. I walked in was greeted by a lady. She said to ask if needed help or had questio. As i was looking i realize the dresser drawers were too tall. So then she started helping and as i kept looking she gave me an offer on a dresser that was exactly what i was looking for. She gave me a deal on a item and paid $500 solid wood. Spacious drawers. delivered same day. Thanks Buen hogar also they have payment plans if qualified. I sure will be going back.”

“I love coming here to pick my Amazon packages from the locker. Oh one night I found this adorable Betty Boop duffle bag for $11.98! 2 zips on the sides, one zip in top and the last on in the front, this is a must have! I found the last one in pink. My favorite color. The rest were in black! Ross on Rosemead and Washington in Pico Rivera! The staff is always kind and friendly! Stop in!

“William at the Pico Rivera, Ca location was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from the start to the end where even helped me load my car. I’m a mother walking in with my 3yr old and had zero clue on where to find the items I was looking for… most employees would run from a customer like myself but William saved the day with his expertise and patience. I say this because I’ve worked retail/ customer service for 22 years and I know great service when I see/ experience it and it should always be recognized, rewarded and appreciated. Because of my experience with William I will continue to shop at Lowe’s instead of other competitors. Thank you William for going above and beyond and exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
