I was quickly welcomed by Matthew, he was really nice and helpful when I gave him my social and another name came up on their system he didn't jump to conclusions. He helped so much and got my social cleared with BMO/BankOfTheWest. great customer service Matthew ? ? ?

Hate this bank! They still haven't increased they're hours and close at 4pm, which is such an inconvenience because we need to deposit our rent into our landlord's account.
