“I have been coming to this LOCATION for Years - Erica Bello was there & has left but she trained Alexia Miramontes as she still remains at this locations. AS LONG as LEXI remains I will be there renting at this Hertz Location and recommending all that rent to go here :-) I always receive Fantastic PROFESSIONAL Service with a Smile from Lexi. She is Very Professional at her Job & gets the job done so I can pick up my rental with no hassle's & return my rental with no problems. FANTASTIC Hertz Employee! Hertz you have had Great employees come out of this store. I hope that you can train the rest of the staff also in all your locations. The employees you had at the Pico Location 8534 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera CA 90660 USA have been the BEST. Started with BROOKE WILSON who is now GONE to Downey CA Hertz, then came Awesome Employee Erica Bello who you pulled away to another Location & then the last one left is Alexis Miramontes aka Lexi. Everyone here provided outstanding service, especially Johnny and Jenny. They were always quick to answer my calls and respond to any questions I had, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Every time I picked up my car, it was returned to me spotless and freshly washed, which I really appreciated.
Another thing that impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the shop is. Unlike many body shops that feel messy or disorganized, this place is exceptionally clean, organized, and professional.

“We rented Polaris Slingshots this past weekend and had the most amazing time! Andrew, who handles the rentals, was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.
The Slingshots were so much fun and got looks everywhere we went. We rode for 10.5 hours out of our 12-hour day, then kept them for the full 24-hour rental so we could get a few more hours in the next day. It was such a great experience and honestly one of the most fun weekends we’ve had.

“Junior and Luis hooked me up, unlike Nissan of Van Nuys that sat me down for an hour ignoring me while not even inviting me to see a car for an hour, Nissan of Alhambra did treat me with less than perfect credit like a King, and I am driving off the lot in a brand new Car. “I made a reservation online, and the car was ready when I arrived. I received great customer service, and they took the time to explain all of my options and pricing.
In the past, I’ve had insurance added to my rental bill that I didn’t sign up for, but that was not the case this time. My credit card provides coverage, so I didn’t need the additional insurance.
The return process was also smooth and easy, even though the front office was busy. Overall, it was a great rental experience, and I appreciate the professional and straightforward service.”

Most recently, Jonathan Davis, the branch manager even called us after hours to make sure we had gotten home safely after a service light went on and he was extremely supportive and professional throughout what could have potentially been a terrible ordeal! “Everything went perfectly and I had no issues with the process though I am SO HAPPY that I followed my first mind and took a video of the car before I drove off of their lot. They were about to charge me for damage that was already there and the sad part is that had I not pulled it up on my phone I wouldn’t have been able to prove that it was there when I rented it. Idk if they knew that was there (the light was already damaged but they tried to say that I caused that scratch to the side of it which clearly was done by whoever broke the light) ..
Overall we are all human and things get accidentally looked over so always make sure that you video the car before you drive off”

“Garrett was very detailed walking me through the rental process, and giving me a quick overview of the car interior (where are the mirror adjustments, radio, ac controls etc.). At the same time, Garrett was also very efficient in getting me checked out in very little time.
The driver who dropped me off was also very helpful. His name was Pops. I left something in the car, but didnt have the driver's number. Fortunately, he noticed and drove back to return to me. Very grateful to him.

We booked a toyota camry unfortunately they didn't have one in stock or anything similar, so we were upgraded to a brand new gmc truck at no extra cost. “I rented a 16’ Refrigeration Box Truck with a liftgate from Suppose U Drive for a full week during Valentine’s season, and the experience was excellent. Ricardo was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The truck was delivered on time, which was extremely important for my business, and the person who delivered and picked it up took the time to clearly explain how to use everything.
The truck itself performed very well, and I was very satisfied overall. Their service really helped my business run smoothly during a very busy time. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!”
