“I had been without insurance for over a year. The Pico Rivera Pharmacy offered a free blood pressure check, and mine was VERY high. They referred me to a local clinic, and I was able to see a doctor a couple of days later. The doctor gave me a new prescription for blood pressure, and this Pharmacy not only got it for me quickly, the price was better than when I did have insurance. I highly recommend James and his crew at Pico Rivera Pharmacy.”

“I went there for the pharmacy. They were very nice, the line moved quickly, I dropped off 4 prescriptions, I shopped for 10-15 minutes (which I needed to do anyway) they called me by my first name and had me out the door. Can't ask for more. Plus they were selling fireworks out front.... Bonus!”

I had a bad psychiatrist who would always mix up which cvs to send my meds to (there's another up the street with a similar address) and they were always so kind and patient with the situation. Even offered to review the cameras in case someone had picked them up for me. The store is always super clean as well.”

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Helga. I went in to pick up some photos I'd ordered, and the guy helping me was pretty rude about it when they weren't ready. But Helga noticed what was happening and stepped in, she was so kind and patient, and got my order sorted out. She even took the time to show me how to use the CVS app on my phone so I could manage my orders more easily in the future. Honestly, she's the reason I'll keep coming back to this store. Wish more people had her attitude toward customers. It's employees like her who make you want to keep coming back. As for the other associate, a little more courtesy toward customers would go a long way, hopefully he can learn from her example. Thank you, Helga!”
