“Patricia , front store cashier is such a sweet heart. You know it's the little stuff that can really brighten up people's days and she did that for me and my mom. Just great customer service. As for management, your store feels unsafe. Idk if you're trying to cut costs but you really need a security guard at the front. A bunch of druggies coming in and out. Makes your customers feel unsafe. And we are already paying an arm and a leg for something we can get at target for half the price. DO BETTER.”

“This store is always clean, the staff are professional, and I always find what I need (whether it be ice cream, candy, beauty items, or cleaning supplies). The THRIFTY ice cream bar is my favorite thing about the entire store bc it's my fav since childhood. (The pre-filled quart tubs do not have the same flavor as when it's served so I hope rite aid always keeps this) Finally, the pharmacy is always a smooth transaction to get my monthly prescription. There has been a national shortage and backfill for the medication I take but that has never been a problem at this location. My medication also doesn't have refills so they receive a new script monthly and they still manage to deliver on time always.”

“I've been here a couple of times some of the members are really nice sometimes others are not that helpful so I guess you have to take your pick on who helps you but normally the 80% of the time that I've been there the people that I have asked for help they've helped me.The location is fully stocked the only thing is that I guess they don't check when you put in your phone number if you have the paid membership to get those $10 discount I've been defrauded a couple of times because I think they let anybody they just tell him the phone number then you know you no longer have the $10.”

“The best Ralph's around for me! It's one of the biggest I've been to and they have everything you need to get to it shopping done in one stop. Only thing is if you go too late in the day the meats that are on sale tend to be sold out. That's probably with any location I'm sure but not positive. The employees have all been nice and helpful. They've taken their time to help or find something that I could not and did not hesitate to help. The store is also very clean which I really like. Organization, cleanliness, and options make this Ralph's location a top one for me! Only thing I noticed the last couple times there tends to be homeless or needy people hanging out in the parking lot. The last time one guy was asking people to open their cases of waters every time he seen someone walking with it cause he was thirsty. I understand helping people but he was going up to everyone and asking to open their water to grab one, not okay. That scared a mother who had kids because I seen her face and she grabbed her kids closer to her. Other than that, great place and I recommend this establishment!”

“BRAVO to employee anthony rodriguez!!! If no one else says it I WILL. This young man exhibited courage that is hard to find especially here in the state of CA. I was present yesterday 2/14 at 1pm. This cvs employee Anthony went above and beyond to apprehend a shoplifting suspect. He used force to stop them from leaving and actually snatched some of the items they were attempting to walk out with from their hands. You should have seen him, he put his whole body on the suspect and didn't allow them to move until they had forfeited the merchandise. He was not letting go of the criminal at all it was awesome. Thankfully even followed them out to capture license plate. I would have helped him hold the thief down but I am a retied veteran, It would have been nice if his coworker showed the same enthusiasm for putting a stop to the criminal at all costs but she just continued helping customers. I as one who despises thieves was pleasantly surprised to see that this store has a no tolerance policy and is not afraid to get physical with the culprit and apprehend if needed even if it was for a few items. Too many others stores in CA are turning a blind eye to this behavior but not this one. Give the man a raise asap!!I will be emailing corporate and will not rest until I can speak to someone about this gentleman deserving a pay increase. Unfortunately cops never showed. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE ANTHONY RODRIGUEZ, keeping whittier a safer place!”

“I love this cvs/pharmacy! The staff has always been helpful and courteous to me. Actually, I choose to get my prescriptions filled here rather than do mail order prescriptions like my insurance plan pushes. I've gotten to know many of the employees. I think people need to be more patient with the service/retail businesses. People seem to be much more demanding, and quite honestly, rude lately. I would say give this place a try if you live in the area. They have always been quick with prescriptions when I'm sick; and they always have my recurring prescriptions ready on time.”
