“Please read to the end. I used to be a Rite Aid customer until the pharmacist did not take my wife’s and my request for a vacation override seriously and we ended up going to Europe without enough of our prescriptions. We then moved to CVS, but when Walgreens and Rite Aid closed we ended up with a new pharmacist asking us the same questions about our prescriptions every time we picked them up. I have several prescriptions and I would have to go to CVS about 5 times a month just for my prescriptions. I would get nasty grams from CVS via their app almost every month. They treat their customers as numbers. Nobody remembers you or cares. This what led me to try VO Pharmacy. At first I was a little apprehensive. It is a small pharmacy. I spoke to the pharmacist directly and explained the problem I was having with CVS and he said that they would only need to confirm my medication with my doctor once and a note would be added to my file. I pulled the trigger and moved all of my prescriptions to VO Pharmacy. I have 10 prescriptions. Three of the prescriptions are referred to as tier 4 and require prior authorization. My monthly bill at CVS was like $250/month after I paid of my deductible. I just picked up my monthly prescriptions today at VO Pharmacy and the bill was $40. $40! I felt like the IKEA commercial lady. “Start the car”! One of my tier 4 prescriptions was $10.20 and is now $3.25, another was $75 and VO submitted a form and now it is $25, and the last was $35 and they submitted another form and it was free! All the other generic stuff was 25% of the CVS price. I am only paying $40/month now. They don’t have an app, but they answer the phone. Great service.”

I’ve referred so many people here, and every single one of them absolutely loves this pharmacy as much as I do. “I just want to give a big shout-out to the pediatric department. It was my first time bringing my child here. Usually, we go to Bellflower, but we needed a same-day appointment. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, and the doctors were so nice. They even had cartoons playing in the waiting room for the little ones. The nurses Isabel and Joe were both really detailed and helpful during the visit. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience at this location. Thank you so much.”

“I love this cvs/pharmacy! The staff has always been helpful and courteous to me. Actually, I choose to get my prescriptions filled here rather than do mail order prescriptions like my insurance plan pushes. I've gotten to know many of the employees. I think people need to be more patient with the service/retail businesses. People seem to be much more demanding, and quite honestly, rude lately. I would say give this place a try if you live in the area. They have always been quick with prescriptions when I'm sick; and they always have my recurring prescriptions ready on time.”
