I came here to get the $27. interior done since this vehicle wouldn't be used. They gave me the $26.99 which is exterior and interior, the interior was LOUSY.
I called to make a complaint with the manager and we went back and forth I told her I'd pay the difference for the exteror, but NOT $29.99 they charged me (instead of $26.99). I was told I have to pay another $27. to get this done.
She said "I was trying to be nice to you" and hung up.
I called again to let her know I will call the Secretary of State and get the acting agent /owners information to contact directly. However, they wouldn't answer the phone after letting ring 40 times.
I wasn't going to pay $57. when I specifically told them I wanted the $27. interior only. All this manager had to say is WE DON'T DO INTERIOR ONLY. Instead of repeating the samething over and over "it's not included"
This manager needs to explain clearly.
If I would have known this I would have had the kid next-door do the interior.
I'll continue to take my cars to the drive through car wash on Passons and Washington, which is always done well for a reasonable price.

Zero stars if I could. It's Monday, Jan 15 9:27 am. We stopped here to do three things - fill up the gas tank, put air and use the restroom. The attendant said I could not use the restroom without buying something. I said "my husband is putting gas." She asked what pump he was at after I had already told her he was putting air FIRST. My tire was low on air. We had to prioritize--- AIR on low tire first. While I used the restroom. So we can then fill up the tank ($90) in peace. Management needs to talk to their employees about how they treat a customer! Not letting a lady use a restroom??!!!! I understand you lock the restroom to keep homeless drug addicts out of which I was not one. Also, I do believe a gas station close to the freeway is legally obligated to provide restrooms. So maybe I will contact an attorney about this. This is ridiculous the way businesses treat customers- or even just how they treat human beings!

Today I got a car wash from them and Maria the manager ( she refused to provide her last name)Refused to take responsibility for damaging my tail light lens cover she damaged by using the pressure washer hose on my car she said it was probably already loose, she said she would not take any responsibility and told me to get out she also had her male assistant yell at me and request for me to leave and never come back. I went to the cashier for assistance and she also refused to to assist me or provide me with her managers last name. Terrible service I am writiing a complaint with BBB

It seems like they use sewer water to wash the vehicles and i voiced my concern but the manager Gloria Ruiz was super rude!!! Plus she was screaming at these elderly men that incredibly work for the car wash. These people have no humanity. Never will i go again

The advertise is closing at five on Google and they close early.Not only do they close early, but they have no explanation for it Palmer. Total lack of customer service..This is not the way to run a business !Shameful !!!! ??

Worst gas station ever! Do not go here they are shady af the manger is a joke she's rude as hell! She needs to get fired and I asked to speak to the owner she refused to give me the info and I asked them for a complaint number and of course they said there was none ! If you wana get scammed and jacked for your money this is the place ! The manager hangs up on you and then blocks your number. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Puras transas hacen aqui !

Will not be coming here again!!!Moved to the area 8 years ago. Had my car detailed soon after. They did a great job!Fast forward to today…. I checked online to compare services and prices. They came up very competitive and even advertised an early bird discount!Well, not only was the price higher but the attendant said there was no discount (except for gas with car wash,) even after I told him what their website said.Since I have a medical procedure tomorrow and won’t be able to get my car washed for another week, I had it washed. The guy that did the detailing was great, friendly, detailed worker, and even apologized for taking so long.Anyway lesson learned….next time I’ll call the guy that comes to my house and does a wonderful job at the same price!!!!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
