“So last Saturday evening, when my parents and myself, were coming out of the movie theaters. The tire of the driver side, just lost numerous tire air. My parents decided to drive to “Big O Tires” in Pinole, to get this fixed at the almost closing time of the shop. My family and I, were very blessed, that it was still time to get this fix.
The supervisor is very pleasant and hilarious. Also the supervisor is a Richmond native. I support that all the time.”

“Excellent service with a friendly and efficient staff. Price is also very reasonable and they are honest. I requested my tires be rotated. When it came time to pay it was explained to me that the tires did not need to be rotated so they deducted $60 off me bill. Never in my life did a repair shop ever lower my bill. Also, they provide uber to and from the shop. I will be using Letcher from now on.”
