“Willie helped me out. My battery died while I was getting my transmission fluid changed, I have a parasitic phone charger that drains it and I left it in there by accident. He restarted my car with a portable battery charger and drain the fluid and replaced it. It was black definitely Time. They had me down as having visited the place before, which is strange cause I don’t remember going there. But he showed me the paperwork and it was somebody else’s name and address with my car. No it wasn’t before I owned it it was only two years ago. That is still a mystery. He did however top off my oil and my coolant, above and beyond. Super nice guy I will go back”

“I can’t say enough good things about Magallanes Automotive Repair. I had a sudden and serious issue with my ’99 Dodge Ram 1500, a hole in the fuel tank that left me stranded on the freeway on my way home from work. I managed to patch it temporarily, and the next morning I found this shop online. When I called, they told me to bring it in right away, so I dropped it off on a Saturday morning.
By Friday of the same week, my truck was ready with a brand‑new fuel tank installed, the fuel gauge working properly, the check engine light off, and it even passed smog. The whole process was quick, smooth, and at a very fair price.
The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. There wasn’t much waiting around, and everything was explained clearly. I rely on this truck for work, so having it back in less than a week was a huge relief.
I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back here for future service. Magallanes Automotive Repair made what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, positive experience. Highly recommended!”

“Unfortunately, I was super disappointed with Hanlee’s Hilltop GMC after dropping over $600 for a 90K service on my GMC Canyon in June. I got a dead batter and asked that they look at this, and they fought tooth and nail; “we didn’t touch your battery.” So J&E was recommended and I am so glad they were. Short version: At first, it appeared my alternator was intermittently not working correctly. $1700 later and I still got 3 dead batteries over the following weekend. Turns out, the 2024 Odyssey battery had a dead cell. Warranty replaced for free, and the Truck is back in service. I can’t recommend J&E higher, and they are now my new auto shop for life!”

What went well? In a word… Geo! And I don’t mean the vehicle sold in the ’90s. I mean Geo, our Sales Consultant, who provided one of the best car-buying experiences either of us has ever had.
We were there to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I was there to support the person actually buying the vehicle. Geo greeted us and was very friendly from the start. He helped us inspect the vehicle, answered our questions, and demonstrated his knowledge of it. A lot of Sales Consultants don’t have the answers when you ask specific questions about a vehicle, but Geo was extremely knowledgeable.
He then took us on a test drive that he tailored to what she wanted to experience with the vehicle. This really highlighted what the vehicle could do and allowed her to see how it would handle in different driving situations. Most test drives are less than 10 minutes—you go on the highway, maybe take the back way to the dealership, and that’s it. Geo made sure that all of our questions about what the vehicle could do were answered.
When it came time to talk numbers, he was very upfront, and we genuinely felt that he was advocating for us. We had a couple of things we went back and forth on, and he engaged in an open and honest discussion, which we really appreciated. Geo came up with a final price that she was very happy to agree to.
Geo then took us over to see Mike in Finance, and the experience continued to exceed our expectations. Mike was also funny and engaging and, more importantly, FAST! I have bought cars where signing the paperwork was literally like pulling teeth! This was fast, with no hard sells or unnecessary add-ons snuck in like so many dealerships do. When we did discuss an extended warranty, he also customized the warranty to fit her needs perfectly.
Honestly, the experience was so good that it has me thinking about coming back and getting a car for myself!

“Excellent customer service by this shop. They replaced my truck drivers side door pins. I purchased the pins, and also got the stronger oversized versions. I've had this replacement of pins done several times. I learned that it was a factory flaw. Factory pins are too small for the weight of the door. Anyway, Stewart's drilled the hinge assembly to accommodate the larger pins. They completed the job extreamly fast. Brought the truck in at 8:00 am, and picked it up the same day. I would highly recommend this shop. They are extreamly professional & won't charge you and arm & a leg. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my body shop needs.
