They always fix my cars, even when no one else can figure out the issue. I take all of my cars there. They provide quality service and excellent customer service. They are so nice even with any questions I may have. I am totally thankful for all the help they provide me over the years and never take advantage of me with pricing, even though I am a female customer. The prices are always reasonable and fair. I moved far away but still brings my cars in for service because they are worth it!! Again, I am forever grateful to them for always helping me!! Thank you!! :)”
“My experience is always the best at this location. The young man that helped me was so sweet and helpful I wish I got his name. He offered to take my sticker and make sure all the prompts in my car were reset. Over all he made me feel sooo comfortable in the best way. “Ruben has come through for me every time I needed work on my car - even in an emergency. The first time I went to him I needed to get my belts and belt tensioner replaced. He gave me the option of buying my own parts or having him handle it. Note: parts have a warranty when he buys them. He was up front and honest about the work needed and quoted me less than other shops. He finished the job quickly and professionally.
A few days later one of my ignition coils went bad while driving. My motor started shaking, engine warning lights came on, and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I immediately turned around and went to BA Auto Repair. Within minutes, Ruben diagnosed the problem, showed me how to test the other 3 ignition coils and gave me advice/option of replacing the one bad coil or replacing all four. I decided to replace the one coil because it would take a day to get all four delivered. He put in a rush order for the coil and got me sorted within an hour!! He even offered to replace the other three coils at no extra charge if I decided to order them.

“Called in to talk to the owner about an issue I had with my oil change right away the owner tells me to bring my car in and they'll take care of it no problem so I did bring it in and after they did an inspection the owner came in and apologized for the issue and took care of it right then and there! “Their service is excellent, fast, and professional! I requested a smog and it was done within 15 minutes! It was so fast and they were very polite. I unfortunately didn't get any employees' names, but the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were very polite and courteous. I was hesitant going in because I've seen some reviews mentioning poor service, but I didn't experience anything of the sort. Unlike most smog shops in Vallejo, they didn't offer a coupon. There is also a charge whether your vehicle passes or fails. I thought the price was fair and typical of smog checks I've had in the past. The service was excellent, so I don't mind paying a little more. They send your information to the DMV and they are STAR certified. The waiting area is quite small so you may need to stand outside and wait. I went at 8:45 and they already had quite a few customers. They do not schedule appointments and operate on a first-come-first-served basis, so it would be best to go early in the morning if you're in a rush. I would recommend OCM and will likely return for my next smog test.”
“Our first time there. We were concerned when our regular VW repair person retired a couple of years ago. The Buslab people referred us to Fellows for smog testing our 78 VW camper bus. Fellows fixed a problem with the engine and got it to pass smog. Cost a bit more than I expected, but this was the first time in a couple of years that I'd had the van serviced, so I'd say it was a fair price given inflation. We'd go back there any time.”
“Good, fast service. Friendly staff. No muss no fuss. About $100 for an oil change (4.5qts synthetic + filter) and they check / top fluids etc. Not a bad price but maybe better other places, YMMV. I personally had a great experience so $100 well spent in my book”

He paid attention to detail and delegated tasks to the techs in his charge as was appropriate and necessary to complete the job. He didn’t waste time and the service done promptly. Well done!”
“I we t un for a ' Routine Oil Change ' + Transnission Fluid Flush & Fill. Both Filters + Air Filter were changed. I requested ' New Spark Plugs '. They said Plug #2 was hard to ' Unscrew ' on a 2006 Accird EX. Fair Enough - said ' try a Mechanic Shop as we don't have the tool for that , and are afraid it,'ll ' break inside the Cylinder Head. Went to another shop nearby, and issue was ' Resolved '. I do appreciate their honesty in the matter. 120k Service performed @ 123k. An a ' Regular ', so they can peruse my history on their Computer !!! Reliable Shop that " Runs Specials Regilarly " !!! Worth a Visit !!! I believe the Entrance is on 8th. St. via the Gas Station lot nearby ......”
