The Cliffs Hotel and Spa is a great hotel in a nice location with breathtaking and sublime views. It is perfectly located near Shell Beach and a convenient beach trail. The hotel is very family friendly and has an amazing outdoor space with fire pits and a beautiful lawn. The whole structure is smoke-free. The staff are very prompt, friendly, super kind, and helpful. The restaurant is elegant, beautifully decorated, delicious, and of a 5 star level, though expensive. Facilities are great. Rooms are pristine with beautiful balconies, though some guests reported issues with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The hotel offers exceptional value, especially with promotions. It is definitely recommended and always special for return visits.
The hotel was in a great location and very family friendly especially when traveling with pets. But our room was any infested. The hotel staff was very prompt and friendly and tried to take care of it but we again had the same problem the next day.
