“Very honest shop. Took my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT in because it died on the freeway, it was a sensor. Running fine now. Reasonable price. I also had the brakes and shocks checked. They could have easily recommended changing both but gave an honest evaluation. I appreciate that. Would highly recommend and I would take my car back there when needed.”
“Came across 360 auto repair for a oil change and I was impressed by the speed of service they quickly were able to get my oil change done and were able to replace and air filter quickly, since they had a large supply on hand. I was sitting comfortably in the waiting area with comfortable couches with air conditioning and water. Since I’ve been frequently visiting for oil changes my cars have been all maintained here which are all Japanese, European and British including my Range Rover which had a cooling system overhaul along with air suspension repair these cars can be very finicky and pain to work on but they took exceptional care while doing the work. Overall they have keen eye when inspecting vehicles such as suspension, bakes, engine, alignment tune ups etc. They offer fair pricing and alternatives if needed, they offer quality work with efficiency they run a tight ship this is the only place I would take my vehicles for 360 care!”

“Dropped off my 2017 Prius Prime around 8:30 am, got the diagnostic around 10 am, and the car was repaired just before 4 pm. It’s awesome—I’m so used to going to Antioch Toyota, which takes forever. I think their price is fair, and Charlie is very friendly and chatty, which makes me comfortable the moment I step in. The lady at the front desk is also very nice, and the free transportation is a big plus—you really can’t get better than that. Great crew and excellent job. Highly recommended!

“Choe is the man, I called a bunch of different places and he gave me the best deal on installing my struts and used customer supplied parts which most places will not do. Also he tried helping out my car after I was in an accident and every other place I talked to wouldn't bother unless they fixed the car perfectly and costed thousands of dollars. He got my car back on the road for a fraction of the price, and put in more effort than most mechanics would for that cost. Very happy I found this shop”

“I stopped by Justin’s Auto Care because I couldn’t get a few car seat bolts loose, and my socket wrench just wasn’t cutting it. I didn’t have an appointment, but within five minutes, someone came out with the right tool, loosened the bolts for me, and wouldn’t even accept payment. Just genuinely kind, helpful people who care about the community.

“Before I had them replace my clutch i told Alex about my second gear issue and to look into it while the transmission was removed. Clutch was replaced flywheel was resurfaced and still had second gear issues. Long story short he didn’t charge me removal and installation of the transmission the second time I brought it back to have the transmission basically rebuilt.”
