“My husband and I needed a rental car on short notice and so we quickly reserved one online and when we came in-person, Nat helped us out and was able to get us a perfect car to fit our little family. The service and care Nat provided was excellent and so very helpful. We’re so thankful and grateful as this was the first positive experience we have ever had with a rental car company. All other rental car companies have been horrible and wanted to charge us way extra for the vehicle instead of the promised rate online. 10/10 recommend Hertz in Yorba Linda as they held to their prices and costs of the vehicle we reserved even when they ended up having to give us a bigger car.”
“Recently took our vehicle in for repair Alexis did a phenomenal job since the beginning explaining every process with us. Throughout the process of the repair she called us to update us on every step that was being completed and time frame each process was going to take. “This place is LEGIT. Way better pricing and understanding of circumstances that can happen to every day hard working customers. My commuter car had major mechanical issues and there was no timetable on when to get it back. My guy Mohamed took care of me. Gave me a great deal on the rental and always kept a professional attitude towards extending without having to come back in or anything like that. He worked with me to the very end of drop off and made sure I got an excellent deal. I had the rental for about 14 days, Mohamed is the best at what he does. Thanks again! Highly recommended”
“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

“AMAZING. Their reservation line never communicated to the location that they needed to pick us up since we were down the street. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. There were quick to respond and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They came pretty quickly and saved the day, I would give them seven stars.”

“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “The ladies at this Enterprise location were super helpful. It's a small location and they don't have a ton of cars so when we showed up we sort of got what we got. But after a couple of days we needed a more appropriate vehicle for our needs and they were able to swap us out with minimal hassle. Return was also easy. Location is small but clean and so are the vehicles. This is my go-to location should I need another rental.”

“This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . I've been able to travel to Disneyland , San Diego , Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I can't thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for it's speedy service .”
“Mid grade experience. Made a reservation, waited 30min from the time I walked in. Reserved for 2 price and was told 3 different prices by the time I left. Reserved one style of vehicle and was told I would get 3 different styles by the time I left lol. No biggie. Service people were friendly, Csr was clean and worked just as it should as a rental.”
